Government processing times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Registered-agent service after the first year is optional and billed separately at the provider’s then-current renewal rate.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and approving all filing details.
Legal-document preparation or review, when purchased, is performed by an independent licensed attorney.
