Raíz & Co. developed Full Coffee + Full Casa from concept to launch—an elevated coffee shop and décor studio serving Santiago Rodríguez, a rural agricultural town in the Dominican Republic where local agro-industry wealth is high, but upscale experiences are rare.

We handled it all: branding, business modeling, market positioning, financial planning, operational setup, and go-to-market strategy. The first year of operations is projected to generate $110K–$150K in revenue.
